Protection of personal data
Hotti Aveiro, S.A. (hereinafter Meliá Ria) undertakes to comply with current legislation on automated data processing and, in particular, Organic Law 15/99 on Personal Data Protection of 13 December (hereinafter LPD). By means of the following privacy policy, MELIÁ RIA informs its customers of the following terms:
MELIÁ RIA, in order to carry out the provision of the services offered through ATTENTION :[www.meliaria.com], as well as an offer of personalised products and services, improve the commercial relationship and manage the orders placed by our customers, will process the personal data of its customers in an automated manner and for the purposes specified below.
MELIÁ RIA guarantees that the aforementioned files are its sole responsibility and that they have been duly declared and registered in the General Register of the Data Protection Agency.

By completing the MaS application form, each cardholder accepts and authorises Sol Meliá to use and process the personal data provided and generated by the use of the MaS Card, for the purposes of the MaS Programme, as well as for the purpose of offering personalised products and services and improving the commercial relationship with our customers. You also consent to your data being passed on to companies in the Group and those associated with the MaS loyalty programme, in the tourism, leisure, restaurant, hotel, travel agency, aviation, car rental and property rental sectors, both inside and outside Spain, with the aim of providing you with the best service as a customer and sending you this information about our products and services, as well as those of our assignee companies and third parties, in paper and electronic form, related to the tourism, hotel, restaurant, leisure, entertainment, recreation and property rental sectors.
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LPD), a personal data file has been created in which the data necessary for the operation of the programme is collected. Sol Meliá guarantees the adoption of appropriate measures to ensure the confidential processing of said data, and if you do not agree with the processing or transfer of your personal data, you can write to the Customer Service Department of SOL MELIÁ S.A., responsible for and administrator of the files, at the address indicated above, where you can also exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

MELIÁ RIA will not disclose your personal data to any other third party, with the exception of those set out in the previous sections.
MELIÁ RIA guarantees that it will treat your personal data confidentially, as well as that the server on which the data will be stored and processed fulfils the security measures established in Spanish data protection regulations.

Some of SOL MELIÁ’s personalisation services use cookies.
